With nearly a decade of experience across engineering, energy and infrastructure projects in France and internationally, Ms. Duyen brings technical depth, commercial judgment and a multicultural working style to every engagement.

Working in India with the Planning 4D project-development team for TotalEnergies, using a 3D-model-based construction scheduling tool.
Receiving a vessel carrying wind turbine blades for the Eolmed floating offshore wind pilot in Port-La Nouvelle, southern France, a project she helped manage.
In Denmark, joining colleagues for wind-energy training and a visit to Vestas' V236-15MW offshore turbine prototype, with 115-metre blades and capacity for 20,000 households.
The only female engineer responsible for operations at an offshore worksite, replacing mooring lines for two major rigs in the Republic of the Congo under strict HSE requirements.
Participating in GCMM technical seminars for the Vietnamese professional community in France across construction, mechanics and materials.
Teaching assistant for Occupational Safety, meeting the 68th cohort of students at the National University of Civil Engineering in 2026.
